28th Annual Nevada County Food & Toy Run Saturday, December 14, 2019 9:00 AM We bring a couple of thousand motorcyclists to the towns of Nevada City and Grass Valley on the second Saturday of December to bring food and toys to low-income families of Nevada Country. We start assembling at the Eric Rood Center outside of Nevada City where there is free coffee and doughnuts for the riders.
We leave at straight-up noon, escorted front and rear by Nevada County Sheriff’s Deputies, through the streets of both towns to our final destination, the Nevada County Fairgrounds, where the families and children wait.
You can watch your gifts being chosen and food being carried out.
There is no fee or registration. Just show up with an unwrapped toy and have a good time!
